Although Steinbach is a well-known personality associated with the prestigious Stanford University, little is known about her personal life. In addition, there is no information available about her parents, like their names, professions, or ethnic backgrounds.

However, Angela is of American nationality, and the lawyer is a native East Bay resident who enjoys cooking and doing crafts. However, for the time being, we don’t have any information other than her academic background and career details.

The program director worked for 17 years as a lawyer, clinical supervisor, program director, and eventually executive director of the East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC). She developed the Clean Slate Clinic, the nation’s first reentry clinic.

She directed the construction or expansion of EBCLC’s programs, which included community economic and consumer justice, educational advancement and advocacy, immigration, and youth defense clinics.

The Dean worked as the ACLU of Northern California’s Chief Program Officer, providing support and leadership to the four strategic departments.

She founded the Coalition for Equality and Inclusion in Law (CCEIL) in 2017, a Bay Area regional cohort of law and policy groups committed to fostering more cultural equity, inclusiveness, and diversity in the legal profession.

The clinical supervisor was recently in the news after her last week on Thursday, when she hosted the “COVID, Guns, and Twitter” event at Stanford Law School’s Federalist Society, with Trump-appointed Attorney Kyle Duncan speaking.

Stanford Law School asked conservative Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Kyle Duncan to speak to the student body. Ironically, Duncan’s class was disrupted, not by students, but by Tirien and law students.

Following the controversy, it is unclear what Stanford intends to do to avoid such disruptions in the future. Others have spoken out about firing the lawyer, but the decision and further measures have yet to be made by the university.

Unruly law students and a Stanford DEI Dean disrupted the Stanford Federalist Society’s event with Kyle Duncan, a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Duncan spoke on “Covid, Guns, and Twitter.”

Although the students and the Dean did the protest, Steinbach was at the center of the controversy. She took the podium with a notepad and prepared remarks, ready to criticize the judge, despite Judge Duncan’s request for an administrator to calm the audience.

When Judge Kyle attempted to interfere, the students yelled, “Let her continue!” and Steinbach easily completed her statement.

Steinbach further stated that the government upholds free expression and that the greatest way to deal with hate speech is with more speech, not fewer, and not to shut it down or censor it.

Later, Judge Kyle received an apology from Dean Jenny Martinez and Stanford President Marc Tessier-Lavigne for the disturbance that Steinbach is accused of starting.

Nevertheless, some believe that any administrator who openly supports disruptive acts against free speech must be fired, and Stanford must try to purge its administration of such fanatics.

The dean, who started the commotion, read prepared statements during his speech, and stole the show for herself, hasn’t issued any apology yet.
