Socialite Spencer Matthews, born on August 6, 1989, is the son of landowner David and successful artist Jane Matthews.
His brother James Matthews is married to Pippa Middleton and is the heir to a Scottish title, Laird of Glen Afraig, a glen located in the village of Cannich in the Highlands.
Tragically, Spencer’s oldest brother Michael died in a mountaineering accident in 1999 on Mount Everest, just hours after becoming the youngest Briton to conquer the peak.
Spencer is fronting Finding Michael, a documentary where he travels to Everest to try and find his brother's body.
